With a successful business career spanning over 25+ years in a variety of roles and industries, Marylou brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the clients of enrichHR (formerly 360HR).


Marylou is a trusted advisor who works closely with Business owners and Senior executives of companies in developing and building their ‘teams of tomorrow’ by implementing proactive HR initiatives including HR compliance and documentation, on-boarding, performance management advice and systems, tailoring and developing training programs, delivering permanent/contractor staff, change management and outplacement at times of downsizing. She is also an advocate for streamlining the HR function by utilising and implementation technology and Human Resource Management systems (HRIS) that increase efficiencies.
