Nigel has a great passion for helping improve businesses and watching teams develop, grow and flourish.  Nigel has a background as a Business Unit Manager and Civil Engineer with a leading engineering consultancy and various past board positions within Not-For-Profit organisations and the Sydney Hills Business Chamber.  This hands on experience as an Engineer, Manager and Business Owner translates to him being able to effectively assist companies, employees and candidates to  understand and address their operational, human resources, and people management challenges.

Nigel has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Civil Engineering, is a Justice of the Peace (JP) and has strong networks and relationships with consulting, contracting, construction and government agencies throughout Australia.
